ReplyDeleteBee- the skirt was made out of tulle from the fabric store and some elastic. The top I got from Torrid (http://www.torrid.com/torrid/Intimates/Lingerie/Black-Jaquard-Ruffle-Bustier-GString-Set-585203.jsp) :-) And the ribbon- of course- was just holiday ribbon from the store.
